At Ibarat, every product is crafted with care and precision, ensuring you receive only the best quality ethnic wear. However, because our products are handcrafted and made-to-order, we follow specific return and exchange guidelines. Please read this policy carefully before making your purchase.


1. No Return or Exchange Policy

1.1 We maintain a strict “No Return, No Exchange” policy once a product has been delivered, as each piece is carefully checked before dispatch.

1.2 We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size issues, color variations, or change of mind, as minor variations are common in handcrafted products.


2. Defective or Damaged Product

2.1 Exchange is available only if the product received is defective or damaged.

2.2 In such cases, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@theibarat.com or contacting +91 9270954881.

2.3 Please provide unboxing video or image proof of the damaged/defective product for verification.

2.4 After verification, we will provide an exchange for the same product or a replacement of equal value.


3. Non-Returnable Items

All items sold on theibarat.com are non-returnable, including:

  • Kurtis

  • Suits

  • Gowns

  • Co-ord Sets

  • Custom-stitched or altered products


4. Refunds

4.1 Refunds are not issued once an order has been processed and shipped.

4.2 In case of a verified defective product and if replacement is not possible, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.


5. How to Report an Issue

To report a damaged or defective product:

  • Attach clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.

  • Our team will verify and respond within 24–48 hours.
